Attach the unit to the belt, place the pads directly on the skin, turn it on, and gradually increase the intensity starting from the lowest level. A session lasts 15 minutes.
After use, wipe the pads with a slightly damp cloth and let them air dry. Never immerse the belt in water, do not machine wash it, and remove the unit before any cleaning.

Low-intensity electrical impulses pass through patches placed on the skin, causing the underlying muscle to contract. This principle has long been used in rehabilitation. You don't make any movements; the impulse triggers the contraction.
Start at level 1 or 2 during the first few sessions, to get used to the sensation. Then move up a notch when the level becomes comfortable. The right intensity is when the contraction is clear but never painful.
A 15-minute session, three to five times a week, is a reasonable pace. As with all muscle work, short, regular sessions are better than one long, isolated session.
Remove the casing, then wipe the pads and fabric with a slightly damp cloth. Allow to air dry, away from heat. Never immerse the belt in water or machine wash it.
The case recharges with the USB-C cable provided, using any phone charger or USB port. Recharge it when the screen indicates low battery.
